All classes are free to currently enrolled students. Attendance will be taken using the mobile app.

Class Example Descriptions


A time to re-center and find your flow with our two instructors throughout the week. Modifications are given for every pose and movement.


Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Yoga Sculpt

This class incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect. The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga classes. Yoga Sculpt also incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing.


A HIIT (high intensity interval training) class that will keep you moving the entire time!
