We maintain academic records, conduct registration activities; publish the undergraduate academic catalog; produce class schedules; certify enrollment and completion of degree requirements, transcripts, and diplomas; prepare master class schedules; secure rooms for classes; keep records of courses, enrollments, classrooms, faculty loads, and degree requirements on the computerized student information system; monitor student withdrawals from the university; post transfer credit; and implement policies of the faculty.
Register For Courses
Course information, real-time schedule grid, print and email your course schedule, plan and save your desired schedule with “Plan Ahead”.
Classes by department, course ID, day of week, etc. Links to catalog descriptions and required textbooks. Shows latest changes in schedules.
Enter the CRN for the course. In the drop-down menu select Waitlist. The class will appear in your class schedule with a status of WW (Waitlisted).
Make sure that you don’t have any holds that may keep you from registering for classes!
Grades & Advanced Placement
Midterm and final grades are available immediately after they are posted via your UIndy Self-Service account.
Students on the Dean’s List have earned a GPA of 3.7 or higher.
Honor Roll Students have earned a GPA between 3.4 and 3.7.

Change Your Information
Made one of three ways, in person at the Registrar’s Office, by completing a form with your advisor, or by letter to the registrar.
DegreeWorks is a web-based tool that helps UIndy students and their academic advisor plan a path to graduation.
Check your progress toward your degree, review your requirements already completed, and use the info provided to recommend courses.
Schedule & Graduation
View Your Schedule
Course schedules for available terms can be viewed online. The online schedule of classes provides detailed information about each course.
Final Exam Schedule
Final exams are given in the 16th week of the regular semester. Final exam grid can be used to determine when exam times will be scheduled.
Apply For Graduation
In order to participate in commencement, students must complete an Application for Graduation online.
Transcripts & Loans
Current students may access their unofficial transcript via their MyUIndy account.
Order online via the National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center. Also, forms are available in the Office of the Registrar.
The National Student Clearinghouse is authorized to provide enrollment verification certificates through its Student Self-Service portal.
